Position Title: Part-Time Facilitator – (Levels 3 & 4)

Hours: 12–15 hours per week

Location: New Edge Training Institute in Windhoek, Namibia.

Reports To: Head of Department or The Dean of Studies

Role Purpose

The Facilitator will deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Entrepreneurship at Levels 3 and 4. The incumbent will support learners in developing practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional attitudes required for excellence in Entrepreneurship across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Entrepreneurship Levels 3 and 4.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences that combine theory with practical application.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to learners.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or related field.
• Teaching/Facilitation qualification or relevant training experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in Entrepreneurship or related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.

Working Hours

• The incumbent will be expected to teach approximately 12–15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate learner schedules.
