What are the entry requirements for your diploma programs?
To apply for our diploma programs, you need:
- A minimum of 20 points in 5 subjects as per the NETI grading system.
- A D symbol in Mathematics and English.
- Accounting or other commerce subjects are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Mature age entry is available with a pass in our mature age test.
How do I apply for a course at NETI?
You can apply through our online application form available on the website. Select your desired program from the drop-down menu, fill in your details, and submit. Once your application is received, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
When do courses start?
Our diploma and certificate programs commence every year in February. Applications open every year in September.
What facilities are available to students?
NETI provides a range of student facilities, including:

Is your Institution and its Programmes Accredited?
The New Edge Training Institute (NETI) is duly registered as a Close Corporation with the Namibia Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA), affirming our compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
We acknowledge that accreditation status is a paramount consideration for prospective students. NETI has already engaged the NQA and the NCHE regarding registration and accreditation. The Institute is committed to securing formal accreditation and upholding exemplary standards in all aspects of its academic and operational functions. We are confident that our programmes will be officially accredited in due course, once the esteemed regulatory bodies in education have completed their thorough evaluation and assessment of our submissions.

Yes, we offer flexible study modes, including full-time, part-time, and distance learning options, allowing you to study at your own pace while balancing other commitments.
What is the process for mature age entry?
Applicants over the age of 23 who do not meet the minimum entry requirements may apply via the mature age entry route. You will need to pass a mature age test to qualify for admission.
Does NETI provide internship placement assistance after graduation?
Yes, we actively assist our graduates with internship placements through partnerships with various industry leaders and organizations.
