Course Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the legal and regulatory framework for public procurement and contract management in Namibia, particularly the Public Procurement Act, 2015 (Act No. 15 of 2015).
• Master the full contract lifecycle from award to close-out.
• Develop skills in contract negotiation, monitoring, and performance management.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and manage disputes.
• Ensure full compliance and accountability in all contract administration activities.
