Administrative officers, Procurement professionals, Project managers, and any public service employee in Namibia responsible for or involved in contract administration and management.
Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the legal and regulatory framework for public procurement and contract management in Namibia, particularly the Public Procurement Act, 2015 (Act No. 15 of 2015).
- Master the full contract lifecycle from award to close-out.
- Develop skills in contract negotiation, monitoring, and performance management.
- Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and manage disputes.
- Ensure full compliance and accountability in all contract administration activities.
